Disney's 102 Dalmatians: Puppies To The Rescue, Desktop Computer
Disney's 101 Dalmatians' big screen showcase many years ago proved to be one of their many successes throughout the history of the company, and with a sequel hitting the cinemas for the millennium, a video game tie in from Disney's interactive department seemed inevitable. So, without further a do comes 102 Dalmatians: Puppies to the Rescue for PC. Cruella has returned, blaming her loses once again on the puppies, and is now seeking her revenge by turning her toy factory into an army of robotic dognappers. After taking control (preferably with a joy pad of some sort) of two of the puppies, it's time to rid the Cruella threat once and for all. However, this isn't going to be a piece of cake, since Cruella's henchmen, Horace and Jasper are also on the hunt. Once you begin the game proper, you will progress through as many as sixteen relatively large 3D platforming levels, all with their own hidden bonuses and collectibles. If this isn't enough to satisfy your game playing desires, then six mini games have been made available, including a quick set of cleverly designed crazy golf courses. This home computer version of the spotted family is by far the most impressive, at least visually. The environments are detailed, bright and colourful, demonstrating the perfect setting for an animated film. As far as Disney Interactive's capabilities are concerned, this is one of the best examples yet of how they have used their experience in their short history within the video games industry.
