Bugdom is a family-friendly 3rd person action/adventure game from Pangea Software, developer of the popular Nanosaur for Macintosh. With cutting-edge 3D graphics, animation and arcade quality action, Bugdom is designed to appeal to children and adults. As Rollie McFly, you will swim, jump, swing on ropes, and ride other bugs throughout hazardous environments in order to rescue captured ladybugs in distress. Armed with nothing but brains and the ability to literally roll with the punches, you'll duke it out with various critters like boxer bugs, bees, and toxic-gas roaches while avoiding giant feet and exploding firecrackers. Your ultimate challenge is to defeat King Thorax, king of the fire ants, and restore peace to the Bugdom. You are the only remaining bug capable of saving the Lady Bugs and restoring peace to the Bugdom. Rollie has been hiding in the Lawn area of the Bugdom and will need to travel far to get to the Ant Hill where the battle with King Thorax must take place. There will be water to cross, bugs to ride, and plenty of enemy forces to defeat, but once the Fire Ants and King Thorax have been defeated, you will become the new ruler of the Bugdom and peace will be restored.
