Master Rallye, Desktop Computer
Microids Master Rallye is one of thousands of off road racing titles, so what makes this one any different? Most significantly, it is base upon the well-known European and Asian endurance races that take place every year. And using the expertise of the three time Paris Dakar champion and course designer, Rene Metge, Master Rallye is set to give rally game veterans Codemasters and their Colin Mac games something to think about. Master Rallye's races offer a wide range of challenges and take place in exotic locations such as France, Italy and Russia. Consequently, you will be forced to adapt to several different weather conditions that include rain and snow and significantly influence the handling of the off road vehicles. The game's circuits are rarely constricted and give players the freedom to determine the best route to take from start to finish, avoiding unnecessary bumps and obstacles. Microids claim there are over 400 square kilometres of racing track that span a massive 42 locations and allow for complete freedom of movement. After a good, long look at Master Rallye, we have no grounds on which to question their claims: this game is deep and Microids should be proud of what they've achieved. Developed on PC, Master Rallye is visually stunning, featuring highly detailed environments and a variety of graphical effects that immerse the player in a truly realistic playing experience. Players not satisfied with single player mode can take refuge in the game's online mode and challenge thousands of other real-life video game drivers. Offering great gameplay, a realistic racing experience and great replay value, Master Rallye is one of the best games of its kind to be produced for PC.
