Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force Mission Pack, Desktop Computer

Although many Trekkies initially thought that the new Voyager series wouldn't be up to scratch, they were soon proved wrong. It emerged to be the greatest Star Trek franchise yet, and has lasted for seven seasons at the most recent count. Its popularity is so great in fact, that further video games have been produced, one of which is Elite Force. Satisfying gamers' appetites even further, an expansion pack is now available. Trekkies can now revisit the infamous Delta Quadrant and resume control of the Hazard Team, a highly trained team, devised to cope with the dangers of the sector. New for this expansion, players will now be able to wander through a virtual 3D recreation of the interior of the ship in the Tour Mode. Locations include the holodecks and the shuttlebay. The Elite Force mission disk also incorporates a number of unique challenges, including a so-called 'holo-novel' and an assault on a Klingon compound. Perhaps most importantly, there are improved playing aspects to the games multi-player options. Players can now tackle some of the 17 available multi-player maps within two brand new game modes. In assimilation mode, for example, players must challenge the ultimate enemy - The Borg - in a mission to prevent your destruction. Although designed primarily for hardcore fans of the series, any player should be able enjoy this game, provided you own a copy of the original. Well worth it.
