Micro Machines makes a welcome return to game screens in Micro Machines V4 from Codemasters. With a number of hit titles through the 1990s, the lovable little vehicles are back in a new game that delivers a real return to Micro Machines' all-action, racing gameplay, suitable for all ages. Micro Machines V4 is packed with a huge amount of fun racing in miniature, complete with 25 explosive weapon power-ups, such as the car-mounted giant hammer and plasma gun. There are 750 vehicles from 25 different classes to choose from, including sports cars, street cars, off-roaders, low riders and muscle cars. Each car has distinct performance abilities and no two cars are ever the same. Get ready to race these miniature motors on the craziest tracks, where everyday household objects appear immense in size and can become dangerous hazards. Fans of classic Micro Machines games will be happy to know that some of the series' most popular racing arenas return - tear through the kitchen, spin around the breakfast table, race around the pool table or put your foot down around the rim of the bath. As well as familiar environments from previous titles in the franchise, Micro Machines V4 goes beyond the house and offers gamers the chance to race across house roofs, through supermarkets, museums and even down to a farmyard. Micro Machines V4 offers multiplayer and single player game modes with practice, battle and tournament challenges. There is also a track editor that allows gamers to choose their own route through selected environments then challenge friends to hit the race track.
