Disney Presents a PIXAR Film: Cars, Electronic Games
Disney Pixar Cars features four exciting types of racing events: Road Races, Circuit Races, Route Races and Piston Cup Races. You must complete these races to earn enough Boltz for a chance to win the Piston Cup. In Road Races, you tear up the track on the back roads of Radiator Springs in competitive one-on-one races tat award the player the opportunity to unlock new playable characters. Circuit Races are set on a variety of surfaces and focus on handling and aggressive driving. Boltz are awarded relative to the player's finishing place. Route Races are all about speed. These time trials supply Boltz to unlock additional races, paint jobs and more. And finally, Piston Cup Races are where you can utilise all your racing skills and event experience these high-octane, rolling start endurance races. There are special features on selected tracks that can help or hinder your progress. Boost Pads can be found on most tracks. Pass over one of these, and you receive an instant boost in acceleration. Conversely, there are speed-nullifying patches that will slow you down for a few seconds. Drafting - or tailgating - another car steals boost from the lead car, effectively giving the chasing car a boost. Drafting is, however, only available in Piston Cup races.

True Crime: New York CityThe first True Crime, set in LA, differed from other sprawling, free roaming, gritty urban adventure games in that it gave the player the opportunity to stay on the right side of the law, playing as a martial arts trained maverick cop. In the sequel, True Crime: New York City, Activision has tried to give you the best of both worlds. The hero is Marcus Reed, who grew up on the streets of NYC, the ...

Conker's Bad Fur DayUK developer, Rare, has always had a reputation as one of the world's finest producers of games, and not without reason. Loyal to Nintendo, and only Nintendo, Rare has also been known for its tendency to develop cute-looking games, believed to target a younger audience. Perhaps this stems from being with Nintendo for too long, who can say? Eager to escape this common consensus, Conker's Bad Fur Da...

Elder Scrolls III: MorrowindAn open-ended story on an impossibly grand scale, Morrowind has constantly impressed PC gamers since its release in May 2002. It was only a matter of time until the game made it across to Microsoft's PC-in-a-box console. The exact same game as the PC version, albeit with the solidity we can expect from a console, Morrowind delivers the third chapter in the on-going Elder Scrolls series, which last...
