To get you used to controlling Barbie there is a special virtual reality room that lets you get familiar with the controls. In this room, players can learn how to jump, push, pull, dive, roll and climb. Skills essential for tackling the levels in this game. The levels are based around Africa, Tibet, and Eygpt, and the game delivers some beautiful visuals. In each level there are number of power-ups and items that can be collected to improve Barbie's abilities. Hiking boots give traction on slippery surfaces, invulnerability prevents her from taking damage and the magic torch will reveal hidden areas. Barbie Explorer is perfect for its target audience.
