Army Men: Team Assault, Sony Playstation

Yes, it's yet another Army Men game from 3DO, but we love 'em. Once again, you are to aid the Green army in their mission to eradicate the evil Tan. The Green and the Tan have been battling on equal terms for some time now. No winners, no losers. But the Tan is about to unleash a newly developed weapon that could render you extinct. Do something! Team Assault, a third-person action game, entails the player taking control over a member of the Green army as they defend themselves against the enemy. You must assist in the war and complete various objectives to progress to the next stage of the game. You must also fight a variety of enemy units that include land troops and enormous tanks. Thankfully, the environments have been designed to give the player at least a few locations to take cover. Large buildings and trenches are but a few hiding places. But of course, hiding won't get you anywhere. Give it your all, just don't get yourself killed... or melted. You are plastic after all. There are five styles of gameplay that include Duck-n-Cover and All-Terrain Vehicle, which take place across several varied land, sea and air environments. The addition of the multi-player option also helps to make this game more appealing and increases its life span and replay value. So, that's it. Another great Army Men title. If you like 'em, you'll love this.
