Donald Duck Quack Attack and Party Time with Winnie the Pooh, Sony Playstation
Another two-for-one release from Ubi Soft brings us two previously unrelated games bundled together and sold at a bargain price. In this case, 3D platformer Donald Duck Quack Attack and kids' board game Party Time with Winnie the Pooh. A 3D platform game for the PlayStation, Donald Duck Quack Attack bears striking similarities to Naughty Dog's Crash Bandicoot. Although surrounded within 3D environments, the game does take on a linear format. In the main playing area, Quack Attack does have full 3D exploration, but after going into the game proper, the levels will be presented in one of three ways. You will either be running into the screen, out of the screen, or left to right scrolling. Quack Attack shows just how much the manipulation of a camera can add variety to the play of the game. Essentially, Quack Attack is fun to play, and that's what counts. In the second game, Disney Interactive invites you and up to three of your friends to join Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, Rabbit, Roo, Owl and Tigger in their hunt for secret treasure. Play across three gameboards - each with unique graphics and special challenges - in single-player Adventure or competitive Multiplayer modes. Take part in a number of silly and exciting minigames, including Pooh's Pinball Party and the explosive Tigger's Thunder and Frightening! Variable difficulty levels make the game accessible for all ages.
