Disney Triple Pack (Hercules/Jungle Book/A Bug's Life), Sony Playstation
With Sony's PlayStation having been around for so long, games for the console are among the cheapest around. Since the release of PlayStation 2, we've seen numerous bargain packs and compilations hitting shop shelves, and here's another from Sony, featuring three Disney-derived games. Hercules Walt Disney's classic hero adventure, Hercules, finally makes its way onto PlayStation. Now you can take part in this muscle-mad freak show in your defence against Hades. While strictly a 2D title, there is an element of 3D design in the Hercules' backdrops. All characters and animation have been presented Disney-style, while your surroundings allow you to move in and out of the screen. This standard platformer has simple hero-type moves, whereby you can jump, punch and shoot lightning out of your sword. Well, maybe it's not that 'standard', but what did you expect from the son of Zeus? A Bug's Life Welcome to a bug's eye view of the world. As Flik, an inventive but occasionally over-enthusiastic ant, players must rescue their home colony from a merciless attack by the seed-grubbing grasshoppers. It's time to get down to business and blast those bad bugs with berries, exploding plants, and any other means necessary because it's squish or be squished in the mother of all insect insurrections. A Bug's Life is Disney Interactive's first free-roaming, third person, 3D action game. Jungle Book Groove Party Groove Party is based only loosely on the film version of the story in that you'll only take part in the musical sections of the story. The game is basically the same as any other dance title, in that it's up to you to find the rhythm of a given song and hit the buttons accordingly. Or if your feet are up to it, use a dance mat. You will be dancing against the likes of Baloo, Bagheera, and King Louie in a challenge to become the ultimate jungle groover. However, choose your difficulty settings with great care as the learning curve is a steep one, and you may soon find yourself losing all momentum.

Star Wars Battlefront IIThe first Star Wars Battlefront followed a successful formula for LucasArts; of mimicking a popular videogame and adding Star Wars characters, storylines, locations and production values. In the same way, Star Wars Battlefront was a popula...
Ratchet and Clank 2: Locked and LoadedHot on the heels of Jak II, the PlayStation 2's second platforming partnership is back for a sequel. As is often the case of late, the game is all-encompassing with regard to...
America's 10 Most WantedControversy is something we're seeing increasing amounts of in video games. The bottom line is it sells games, often regardless of their quality. However, the trick to obtaining real media stardom is to actually develop a good game and not just disguise a poor development with a politically incorrect adventure. And that's exactly what System 3 has done with the aptly named America's 10 Most Wanted...
