LocoRoco, Sony Playstation
LocoRoco is like no other game you have ever played before, with hypnotic backgrounds, crazy music and of course, LocoRoco - gelatinous, blob-like, free-rolling creatures, that have their own happy language. Gamers must guide their LocoRoco through the various worlds using the simple tilting and bouncing gameplay mechanic - with the use of the PSP's left and right shoulder buttons to gently tilt the ground in either direction. As their world starts to tilt, the wobbly LocoRoco just cannot keep still, rolling around and up ramps into the air. As you guide the lovable little chaps, rolling and bouncing along, you must help them over obstacles by giving the ground a bump. By holding down both shoulder buttons, the bump sends them flying into the air. Each world is littered with various enemies and splinters that the LocoRoco's must avoid - turn tail or jump over them, otherwise they will explode. LocoRoco love fruit, and eating it makes them grow big and fat. The fatter they are at the end of each level, the more points you will get. However, a fat LocoRoco isn't very good at getting through tight spaces, so you can split them into many small LocoRoco to let them pass. Remember to keep an eye out for hidden rooms, where LocoRoco can collect various secret items and treats.
