Archer Maclean Presents Pool Paradise: International Edition, Sony Playstation
Pool Paradise International Edition brings the universally popular game of Pool and places it on an idyllic island in the South Pacific. Once again, the Archer Mclean imprint means the stamp of realism and quality is all over this game. Some of the world's best pool players are resident on the island and your task is to climb the leader board by taking on all-comers, and beating them all at various game types to prove you're the ultimate Pool player. As you have arrived on Pool Paradise completely broke, you have no choice but to visit the local 'bank' for a loan. Cutely enough, the so-called bank is run by a shark. Money's essential to enter into the competitions, of course. Pool Paradise features 11 different sets of pool rules, including US and UK 8 Ball, 9 Ball, 10 Ball, 14:1 Rotation and Killer. If you find yourself tiring of the whole idea of pool, then not to worry, as you can always take a break and have some fun with one of the mini games, which include the second pub favourite - darts - and a Dropzone (one of Archer's earlier games) arcade, found on the beach pontoon.

That was 2002, and now Capcom is revisiting the world of Ghouls 'n' Ghosts ye...
